  • 1 onion, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 16 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • 4 cups fresh spinach

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
