With their snowy sugar coating and rich vanilla flavor, they capture the essence of a frosty December day. Whether you’re making them for a Christmas party, a cookie exchange, or as edible gifts, these elegant no-bake truffles are a showstopper that’s as fun to make as they are to eat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • Blue gel food coloring

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add melted white chocolate and vanilla extract, stirring until creamy.

  • Mix in powdered sugar gradually until a dough forms.

  • Add a few drops of blue food coloring and blend evenly.

  • Chill dough for 30 minutes to firm up.

  • Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls.

  • Roll each truffle in granulated sugar for a frosty coating.

  • Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

For a minty twist, add 1/2 tsp peppermint extract.

Use sparkling sanding sugar for an extra-glittery finish.

Store truffles in the fridge for up to one week.
