Ingredients

Scale
  • 1824 large fresh strawberries

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs

Instructions

  • Wash strawberries and pat dry. Slice each in half lengthwise and use a small spoon or melon baller to hollow out the centers.

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.

  • Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into the hollowed strawberries.

  • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs over the top.

  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Add lemon zest for a tangy twist.

For a flavor upgrade, drizzle with melted white chocolate.

Best served the same day for freshness.
