With layers of red and white fudge sprinkled with Christmas cheer, it’s a show-stopping dessert that’s fun to make with kids or to give as a homemade gift. The cake batter flavor adds a nostalgic twist, making it both simple and special for your next holiday gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup white cake mix

  • Red gel food coloring

  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles


Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.

  • Stir in vanilla extract and cake mix until combined.

  • Divide mixture in half; tint one half red with food coloring.

  • Spread red layer evenly in the pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

  • Pour white layer over red layer and top with sprinkles.

  • Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.

 

  • Cut into squares and enjoy!


Notes

Substitute almond extract for a bakery-style twist.
