1 jar (7 oz) sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

6 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

8 oz cheese tortellini (or pasta of choice)

2 cups fresh spinach

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
