Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

½ tsp peppermint extract

Red and green gel food coloring

¼ cup mini holiday sprinkles

1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional bottom layer)
Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Melt over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.

Divide mixture into three bowls—leave one plain, tint one red, and one green.

Drop spoonfuls of each color into the prepared pan and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.

Sprinkle with mini candies or pearls on top.

Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Notes
For a layered fudge, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips first, spread into the pan, and let set before adding the peppermint layer.
