This Florida Shrimp Pie is creamy, savory, and absolutely irresistible. Ingredients

1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Blind-bake the pie crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.

In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just pink. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, whisk together cream, eggs, and cheddar cheese.

Arrange shrimp evenly inside pie crust. Pour cream mixture over shrimp.

Bake 25–30 minutes until filling is set and top is golden.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
Use Monterey Jack or Gruyère for a different cheese flavor.
Add spinach, mushrooms, or peppers for extra veggies.
Fresh-caught shrimp gives the best flavor, but frozen works too.
