This Frostbite Blue Christmas Cocoa is rich, velvety, and enchanting — the perfect festive drink to sip on a snowy evening. Its vibrant blue hue, creamy whipped topping, and sprinkle of sparkling sugar make it a showstopper for any holiday gathering. Ideal for Christmas movie nights, winter parties, or cozy mornings by the tree, this cocoa tastes like vanilla clouds in a mug!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups whole milk (or preferred milk)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 23 drops blue food coloring

  • Whipped cream (for topping)

  • Blue sugar sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, heat milk and heavy cream over medium heat until warm (do not boil).

  • Add white chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.

  • Stir in vanilla extract and blue food coloring until evenly blended.

  • Pour into mugs and top generously with whipped cream.

  • Sprinkle with blue sugar crystals for a frosty finish.

Notes

Use dairy-free milk and coconut cream for a vegan version.

For extra flavor, add a dash of peppermint or almond extract.

Make it festive for adults by adding a splash of vanilla vodka or Baileys.
