Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows


Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt chocolate chips, butter, and condensed milk, stirring constantly.

  • Add the hot chocolate mix and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth and glossy.

  • Remove from heat and fold in 1 ½ cups of mini marshmallows.

  • Spread mixture evenly into the prepared pan.

  • Sprinkle remaining marshmallows on top and gently press down.

  • Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.

 

  • Cut into squares and serve!


Notes

Substitute dark chocolate for a deeper flavor or milk chocolate for extra sweetness.

Add crushed peppermint for a festive twist.

Store fudge in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
