Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or chives

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika (plus extra for dusting)

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 bell pepper stem (or real pumpkin stem, washed)
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add shredded cheddar, parsley/chives, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.

Scoop mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Wrap tightly.

Use rubber bands or kitchen string to section into “pumpkin grooves.” Chill for at least 1 hour.

Unwrap, dust lightly with paprika for color, and insert the pepper stem on top.

Notes
